1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Yougoya regarding your use of the App. By registering an account, or accessing or using the App in any way, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
· You must have reached the age at which you can enter into these Terms on your own in your jurisdiction (at least 13, or a higher age where local law requires); those below that age may use the App only with a guardian's consent and supervision. · Provide truthful, accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. · Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account.
3. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, decompile, scrape, or create derivative products based on the App.
4. Your Content & License Grant
In this section, "content" means everything you create or upload through the service: text (notes, travelogues, comments, place reviews), images, video, audio and voice, and the structured data of a trip (stop order, timing, coordinates and place tags). You retain ownership of the content you post. We do not claim copyright in your content and do not ask you to assign it. (a) Base license To store, display, distribute and promote your content within the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license (including to our successors and assigns). (b) Additional uses of public content For content you choose to publish publicly (public notes and travelogues, comments, place reviews, and trips you set to public), that license also covers developing, training, evaluating and improving machine-learning and artificial-intelligence models, and licensing de-identified corpora to third parties for the same purpose. This applies to public content only. As to material already incorporated into a de-identified corpus, the licence is perpetual and irrevocable — once a corpus carries nothing that identifies you, your share of it can no longer be located and removed. (c) Private content is excluded Chat messages, unpublished trips, drafts, and anything visible only to specific people are not used for model training and are not licensed to anyone. (d) Personal information is excluded Only de-identified content corpora may be licensed out. Your account identifiers, email address, device identifiers and other personal information are not included, and we do not sell personal information. (e) You can opt out Turn off "Allow my public content to be used for AI training and data licensing" under Settings → Privacy & Visibility. From then on your public content is not included in new training sets or new outbound licenses. De-identified corpora already produced, or datasets already delivered, cannot be recalled. (f) Deletion and termination When you delete content or your account, the license in (a) terminates within a reasonable period (except where the content has been lawfully re-shared by others or must be retained by law). De-identified corpora already produced contain nothing that identifies you and are therefore not deleted with it. You represent and warrant that you hold the rights necessary to grant the licence above (including the training and outbound-licensing uses in (b)); that your content infringes no third party's intellectual property, privacy, likeness or other rights; that where it shows an identifiable person or a third-party trademark you have obtained the necessary consent or permission; and that it does not violate the Community Guidelines.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the service, you must not: · post unlawful, infringing, violent, pornographic, hateful, harassing, false or misleading content; · impersonate any person or organization, or mislead others through deception; · send spam, inflate metrics / followers, or engage in any automated abuse; · scrape, crawl or bulk-collect data from the service without authorization; · interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems; · violate others' privacy, including publishing someone's personal information without consent. 7. Moderation & Reporting
We have the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove or restrict content we consider to violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, and to warn, limit features, suspend, ban or delete the accounts involved. You can report violating content through the in-app reporting entry.
8. Third-Party Services & Content
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as maps, place data and AI services). These are provided by third parties and governed by their terms; we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or availability of their content. Places, maps, opening hours, reviews and similar information are for reference only — verify them yourself before you travel.
9. AI-Generated Content
AI trip planning and travel Q&A are generated by third-party AI models, and their output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific situation. It is for reference only and does not constitute professional medical, legal, visa, financial or safety advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on AI output.
10. Changes & Termination of Service
We may update, adjust, suspend or discontinue some or all features from time to time. You may stop using the service or delete your account in Settings at any time. If you seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Rights you have under mandatory local law are not affected by this section.
